These are used to make entry into small padlocks including spin-dial combination locks or other shackle locking pad locks. They are durable and can slip into locks moving the locking bar away from the shackle. Use these for quick entry solutions versus trying to pick the lock.

They work well!
I tested these as soon as I got them in. I did not use them correctly and broke a piece of. MI-TAC immediately replaced it and will put up a video how to insert them correctly. They work well and opened the lock quickly
