SHIPPING:
Most shipments are done via USPS 1st Class or Priority Mail.
- Most orders ship within 1-2 business days.
- Shipping is included (not free) on firearms. They ship individually via the USPS.
- We can ship to the 50 United States and APO/DPO. Note: there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to certain destinations.
- Shipping Address:
For most orders, your Billing and Shipping addresses must match. This excludes our Deployed Military, Security Contractors, and all other Government employees serving throughout the world.

Shipping to Mail Forwarding Services:
We do not ship products to mail forwarding companies. We keep a detailed list of mail forwarding services in the US; orders shipping to known mail forwarding services will be cancelled.
IP Address:
We understand that some customers prefer to surf the web with the relative safety of a VPN service, however, if your IP address is out of the USA your order will be cancelled. Please let us know if this may affect your order.
RETURNS:
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Simply request a return by emailing us at sales@mi-tac.net. All returns must be in new, un-used condition and still in original packaging.
Acceptable reasons for return include:
- Incorrect product or size ordered.
- Incorrect product or size was shipped.
- Product arrived broken or damaged.
Please, remember to include a copy of your invoice with the return. Insure the package for your protection and send your return to:

Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund and apply credit to your original method of payment. Please Note: shipping is non-refundable unless it was an error on our part or the item arrived broken or damaged. ** All returned items may incur a restocking fee up to 15% to cover processing fees that were incurred on our end.
CANCELLING:
Cancelling an order will incur up to a 20% restocking fee. As soon as an order is placed, someone is working hard to prepare your order for shipment, and we have already been charged to process payment for your order. We know that our customers have a good idea of what they are buying so this does not happen often.
Ordering/Shipping Products Deemed Illegal by State & Local Governments:
MI-TAC LLC does not ship products to states which classify said product as illegal under state laws. Please check your local and state laws prior to ordering. Any products ordered, such as Magazines which allow for a higher capacity than that which is allowed under state law, will be subject to order cancellation and a 4-8% restocking fee. PLEASE CHECK AND OBEY YOUR LOCAL LAWS PRIOR TO ORDERING.
